OUR STORY

Garrett Brafford founded Catapult Consulting in 2014 to provide high-level management and accounting services to homeowners’ associations in the San Miguel County area. Finding a niche, Garrett expanded their services offered to non-profit accounting, property management and development. After growing quickly by word of mouth, Scott Benge joined the team in 2017 to further enhance management and professionalism to the company. Scott and Garrett acquired Telluride Consulting in 2018, adding real estate analysis to their services, and continuing to offer full accounting, property management, administrative, and development services. In June of 2021, Telluride Consulting acquired another subsidiary, Telluride Homeowner & Association Management and furthered their management of associations and homes in the Telluride area. 

In 2023, Durango Accounting & Association Services, a subsidiary of the parent company Catapult Consulting, LLC, was launched in Durango, Colorado to focus on first-rate accounting services, including non-profit, retail and association accounting. With an established office on Main Avenue in Downtown Durango and exceptional staff, the company continues to strategically grow by prioritizing clients needs and offering exceptional custom-tailored services. In 2024, accounting services were expanded to Aspen furthering the company’s footprint in Colorado. Currently, the Aspen services are focused on business development, strategic planning, bookkeeping and software automation.

Our company has continually proven to be an industry leader for high-quality services in our space. Our diverse team brings many different backgrounds and expertise, from large scale construction oversight to specialized accounting and consulting, into our unique management strategy for clients. We take pride in our work, are responsive, take a preventative approach, and working with the client to identify issues and provide solutions timely.
