OWNER / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Garrett Brafford has experience in real estate development and management, finance, and transportation, and specializes in common interest communities. He attended college in North Carolina at Appalachian State University where he obtained dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance & Banking. He is presently an affiliate member of the Telluride Association of Realtors, committee member of the TMVOA investment committee, and served as the Rotary Club treasurer for 7 years.
Garrett was the Director of Finance and Operations for Telluride Mountain Village Owners Association for 7 years, gaining much experience in the common interest association industry and becoming intimately familiar with the Telluride region and key players of the community. He has also spearheaded development projects, such as the recent remodel of the Mountain Village Market, Mountain Village’s Telluride Brewing Co. location, single family homes and other commercial projects. He owns and operates Telluride Consulting and resides in Mountain Village, CO.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Scott Benge graduated with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Real Estate from Ohio University. Once out of school, he earned a position performing Hedge Fund accounting at Citigroup in Columbus, Ohio. Scott grew tired of the corporate life and wanted to move out west. He accepted a job at ALPS Fund Services in Denver, Colorado where he practiced tax accounting for Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Hedge Funds specializing in partnerships, RICs, REITs, straddles, and swaps. Scott decided it was time for a change and he moved to the beautiful San Juan mountains in 2017 and joined the Telluride Consulting team. Since then, Scott has worked his way up to his current role as COO.
When Scott is not busy running the business, he spends his winters skiing local resorts or the backcountry. The spring, summer, and fall is comprised of road, gravel, and mountain biking and he is also the co race director of the Telluride 100 and Telluride Gravel Race. He has an everlasting passion for sports, particularly baseball, and loves exploring nature with his dog, Yuma. Scott is a great addition to the team and brings with him a wealth of specialized knowledge.

FACILITIES DIRECTOR

Rouslan (Rous) Haracherev spent many years working as a “handyman” for hire, with experience working on single family homes and commercial properties in North Carolina. He made his way to Telluride in 2010 where he continued perfecting his craft of foreman work.
Rous brings immense knowledge of overseeing facilities in the Telluride region and takes pride in his responsiveness, communication, and craftsmanship. He has built great relationships with electricians, plumbers, roofers, snow removal teams, other vendors, subcontractors and general contractors to be able to have vendors provide the necessary attention to our projects. His background of labor work includes carpentry, siding, painting/caulking, minor roof/gutter repair, masonry, concrete, and commercial mechanical systems.
